📦 Processing Times: The Behind-the-Scenes

Before we ship your order, we have to prep it.

• Standard Processing: All orders are processed within [1 to 2] business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).

• The Cut-off: If you place your order before [12:00 PM EST], we’ll do our best to get it out the door the very same day. Orders placed after this time or over the weekend will begin processing the following business day.

• Busy Seasons: During high-volume periods (like major sales or the holidays), processing may take up to [3 to 4] business days. We appreciate your patience—we promise it's worth the wait!

📍 Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order hops onto the delivery truck, we’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation Email complete with a tracking link.

Note: It can sometimes take [24 to 48] hours for the courier to update their tracking status. If you click the link and it looks like nothing is happening, don't panic! Your package is on the move, and the system is just catching up.
